It happens, every day.  In the parking lot at the grocery store, walking to your front door, just walking down the street. We hear stories on the evening news about yet another woman being attacked, assaulted, raped, robbed, or being another victim of domestic violence.  

It’s a scary world out there at times.

 

We feel a responsibility to help equip women to feel more confident and to be able to protect themselves and their children.

 

Come join us for a Ladies’ Self Defense class and learn the skills you need in today’s world. We teach in a safe, positive, and fun environment and we’d love to have you join us!
